These programs are available to Regular, Full-Time TCC Team Members: Team Members (TMs) who regularly work 32 hours or more per week are eligible for all insurance benefits, effective the first day of the month following 90 days of continuous employment.
- Health Insurance– TCC offers a PPO with a Health Reimbursement Account feature insurance plan through Blue Cross & Blue Shield.
- Dental Insurance– TCC offers a dual option dental insurance plan: a Low Option plan provides full benefits from network providers and a High Option plan provides full benefits from out-of-network providers.
- Basic Life Insurance– TCC provides all eligible TMs with $30,000 group life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost.
- Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance– TMs may elect supplemental group term life insurance for themselves, their spouse, and their children.
- Long-Term Disability Insurance– All eligible TMs are automatically covered for long-term disability insurance at no cost.
- Voluntary Short-Term Disability Insurance– TMs may elect voluntary short-term disability insurance that provides income continuation during the first six (6) months of a disability.
- Flexible Spending Accounts:
- Medical Care Reimbursement– Allows TMs to pay on a pre-tax basis a broad range of family medical, dental, and eye care costs that are not reimbursed by insurance.
- Dependent Care Account– May allow TMs to pay some of the expenses on a tax-free basis for day care for dependents in order to work.
- AFLAC– TCC offers payroll deduction for several plans from AFLAC, which include the Personal Cancer Protection Plan, the Hospital Indemnity Plan, and the Accident Plan.
- 401(k) Savings Plan– TCC has established a 401(k) Savings Plan to provide TMs the potential for future financial security for retirement. The plan allows contributions up to the legally allowed limits and includes an employer match.
- Paid Time Off (PTO)– PTO is available to all regular full-time TMs to provide them opportunities for rest, recuperation, and personal pursuits. The amount of PTO TMs accrue increases with the length of employment.
- Holidays and Bereavement Leave– TCC provides paid holidays and paid bereavement time off to all regular full-time TMs.
